Max Bush is a contemporary American playwright, often working in Midwest theatre, both civic and university. Originally from Michigan, his works have been commissioned by or premiered at Circle Theatre in Grand Rapids, Grand Valley State University (his alma mater), and Central Michigan University. Bush's works are largely designed for high school and youth theatre actors and audiences.
