He wrote the music for COLIN QUINN LONG STORY SHORT (Broadway/Helen Hayes Theater; HBO; national tour), and his play STRAIGHT (NYTimes Critics� Pick Off-Broadway; pub. Dramatic Publishing Company) has been produced across the country and around the world. He teaches musical theatre libretto- and songwriting at the University of Chicago and writes sci-fi novels under a pseudonym (HarperCollins Publishers). Education: Princeton University.
