Samantha Lax (soprano) has been praised for her winning voice and scene-stealing charm. She has been seen on stage with Indianapolis Opera, St. Petersburg Opera, OperaDelaware, Light Opera of New Jersey, Opera Baltimore, and more. Her favorite roles to date include Maria Bertram (Mansfield Park), Rosalinda (Die Fledermaus), Despina (Così fan tutte), Clorinda (La Cenerentola), Lisette (La Rondine), Pamina (Die Zauberflöte), Miss Wordsworth (Albert Herring), and Antonia (Les contes d’Hoffmann).
