Synopsis

Stage Kiss is a tale of two lovers, two halves, and two plays! After twenty years apart, two former lovers - SHE and HE - find themselves cast in a poorly written, farcical play about a dying 1930's socialite who recalls her former lover to her side. In real life, SHE is married to a banker, Harrison, and has a teenage daughter, Angela, while HE has a girlfriend, Laurie. As SHE and HE rehearse and perform the play, the feelings that the characters and the actors once had for each other reignite in a burst of passion. In the second half of Stage Kiss, SHE and HE land roles in another play-within-a-play, playing “The Whore and “The Asshole. The farcical, romantic nature of their relationship rapidly disappears onstage and off, as they are forced to confront the realities of their affair.
