The original production had 鈥淗ail to the King鈥� (as the show ended with Ash in medieval times) in place of 鈥淲e Will Never Die鈥� and 鈥淏lew That Bitch Away.鈥� In 2006, the script was changed to bring Ash back to the present day.

Evil Dead: The Musical is also available for high school licensing and eliminates profanity from both the song titles and lyrics: 鈥淲hat the Heck Was That鈥� and 鈥淏lew That Witch Away.鈥�
