KATH Shopping, dear. Did you want me?
SLOANE I couldn’t find you.
KATH (goes to the window. Takes off her headscarf.) What’s Eddie doing?
SLOANE A bit of servicing.

END: KATH My teeth, since you mentioned the subject, Mr. Sloane, are in the kitchen in Stergene. Usually I allow a good soak overnight, But with one thing and another I forgot. Otherwise I would never be in such a state. (Pause) I hate people who are careless with their dentures.
