O, you most shameless desperate ruffian, youÂ
O, villain, villain, arrant vilest villain!Â
Who seized our Cerberus by the throat, and fled,Â
And ran, and rushed, and bolted, haling ofÂ
The dog, my charge! But now I've got thee fast.Â

The blood-bedabbled peak of AcheronÂ
Shall hem thee in: the hell-hounds of CocytusÂ
Prowl round thee; whilst the hundred-headed AspÂ
Shall rive thy heart-strings: the Tartesian LampreyÂ
Prey on thy lungs: and those Tithrasian GorgonsÂ
Mangle and tear thy kidneys, mauling them,Â
Entrails and all, into one bloody mash.Â
I'll speed a running foot to fetch them hither.
Aristophanes,
